The Hayden-Helfrich Annex Museum offers visitors a nostalgic walk through Galion’s rich industrial and community history. Guests can explore remarkable pieces of local industrial heritage including a 1922 steam roller built by the Galion Iron Works, a beautifully preserved 1906 Ahrens steam fire engine once owned by the City of Galion, two early 20th century hearses, an original buggy from the Adam Howard Carriage Works, and horse-drawn road graders that reflect Galion’s legacy in road-building innovation.
